How much CBD should I take?
There's no exact answer to how much CBD you should take as everyone’s body type is different, but we typically find on average 10 to 20mg of CBD taken 1 or 2 times a day is usually the sweet spot for most people. The general recommendation for dosing, is to start low – gradually working up the dosage higher until you have a desired result. Although you could find you need less or more then 10 to 20mg depending on factors such as your body type, weight, health condition and the reasons your taking CBD.
How do I take CBD oil?
For best results simply place your desired amount of CBD under your tongue and hold for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing. With one full 1ml glass pipette of CBD oil, a 250mg bottle would be around 8.33 mg of CBD, 500mg bottle is around 16.66mg and 1000mg bottle is around 33.33 mg. You can calculate roughly the right amount of CBD using the measurements on the pipette glass.
When should I Take CBD Oil?
For help with improved sleep quality the general advice is to take a higher dosage of CBD an hour or two before bed, for a reminder we usually leave our CBD oil on the side of the bathroom sink where we brush our teeth. For help with other things such as anxiety, pain relief or anything else, take CBD as and when needed. How Long Until I Should See Results from CBD?
For some people, results are immediate. For others it may take one week to a month to notice anything. So it’s important to be patient when starting to take CBD. A lot of people give up too soon, or don’t do enough experimenting to figure out what dose is appropriate for them.
